Do You Provide Products Free Of Charge To Influencer?

This influencers Collaboration and Management Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered between Social Guru USA / Market Genius located at 106 Grant St Olyphant PA 18447 and the client listed above on this day submitted.

  • Social Guru USA agrees to use the set parameters by the client to locate, recruit and retain the influencer that meets the required parameters.
  • The client understands additional agreement is required to be signed before work can start by any contractor of Social Guru USA.

The client hereby releases Social Guru USA / Market Genius and its management, ownership and employees from any claims that arise out of this agreement.

Payment Terms: All payments shall be made to Social Guru / Market Genius within 15 days of completion of the services.

Content Ownership: Any content created by Influencer in the course of performing services under this Agreement shall be owned by Influencer, subject to the license granted to Company as outlined in the licensing agreement.
